Our distinctive products

We run a small family enterprise along artisanal lines, using organic production methods. Our products are not sold commercially.

The wine Villa Opera is a balance of the selected vine varieties Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Black Canaiolo. In our own cellar, we blend them so as to obtain as characteristic bouquet where one encounters the flavours and scents of the harsh and spicy landscape of Volterra. Since ages our family has looked after centuries-old olive trees, from which we create the Extravergine Colombaione  oil. The olives are gathered manually and cold-pressed, as it was always done in the past.
